Job Description

1. Develop strategies and tactics for generating new business at Large End Users to reach the annual quota,
growing share at both existing customers and targeting large end users.
2. Manage and motivate sales members’ initiative and actions for high-end product sales,
investigating their daily activity, and making decision about how to deal with projects.
3. Conduct high level visits to acquire and expand business in large end users.
4. Negotiate with customers and derive appropriate agreement.
5. Utilize data to make decisions to improve bookings, efficiency, and achieve goals.


1. Proven track record of sales performance in the machine vision or the factory automation
equipment/software sales.
2. Experience selling at a high level within organizations.
3. Industry expertise of factory automation, machine vision, industrial software, or deep learning.
4. High level business English proficiency
5. MBA is strong plus

Probation Period: 6か月
