Most sectors in Mainland China in Q2 2022 saw a decline in hiring demand and talent growth due to lockdowns in several major cities. However, on a positive side, we observed that the average lead time from screening to interview decreased as well as higher interview acceptance rate compared to pre-COVID-19.
